Berries & Blush is not liable for incorrect information given when shipping information is asked at check out point. If the shipping address provided is incorrect we are not required to refund you, you the customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
All undelivered/unclaimed parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.
Berries & Blush is not liable if your parcel is stolen because of a request for a safe drop or a delivery instruction is written to leave your parcel unattended.
Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
If you don't love your new purchase, you are able to return it back to us within 21 days of the delivery date. All items returned that meet our returns criteria below, can either receive 100% store credit (excluding shipping costs) or a refund (to your original payment method) if received within 7 calendar days of delivery.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email a photo of the fault, along with your order number to returns@berriesandblush.com.au prior to requesting your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Conditions
The item(s) must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unstained and in original condition with all tags attached.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
We do not offer exchanges. If you have returned your product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can purchase the product in your required size (or another product) in a new transaction.
Return shipping costs are payable by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are required to cover an re-shipping costs unless the new order value qualifies for free shipping.
What can't I return?
Due to hygiene reasons, there is strictly no returns on accessories.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may have a STORE CREDIT or REFUND issued, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Berries and Blush are not responsible for lost parcels and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
